He says that in every episode after (production wise, so the last 4 episodes of the season as aired) he continued to use her backwards theme since the original Aeon was killed and the clone took over. An interesting thing he points out that I never noticed is that in episode 4 ("A Last Time For Everything", which was actually the 6th they produced) he used a backwards version of Aeon's theme for her clone. There's lots of interesting background and production details, and also for each episode he goes into the variety of different instruments used and why, which was great. I read through the booklet this morning and it's excellent! Drew Neumann recollects about all 3 seasons of the show, doing both the music and sound effects for the first 2, and then only the music for the half-hour series iteration. It also arrived a-okay in bubble-wrap with sticker on the cardboard packaging that reads "FRAGILE" (I think it's Italian) and "HANDLE WITH CARE".īummer! If you don't have a replacement case handy (not everyone has an extra chubby lying around), Waxwork might send you one. None of the enclosures hold together, chunks of plastic are gone, but at least the CDs are ok. My Aeon Flux jewel case is completely destroyed. Glad everyone else were lucky on the shipping side of things. For some reason I was expecting digipaks or digisleeves. ![]() I was pleasantly surprised that the discs are packaged in a chubby jewel case. My physical copy arrived today in perfect condition!ĭitto. Yay! I had honestly forgotten I'd preordered this set! So a treat and a surprise all in one. Just got a shipping notice from Waxworks that the CD set is winging its way to me. They are also releasing a $35 3-CD version: Wow, in addition to the $195 6-LP version: It's the only electronic score album I know that is as Mickey Mousey in its way as a Tom and Jerry cartoon.Ībsolutely appropriate for the show, and works fine in the episodes, but I could never get into it. I have the double CD released in 1997, under the title: Eye Spy (Ears Only : Confidential), without reference to the show. ![]() Physical 6xLP edition available to order tomorrow: General Discussion: Drew Neumann - ÆON FLUX (1991-1995) -2023 Waxworksģ-hour OST album with a different program than the 1997 "Eye Spy" 2-CD set is out on digital & streaming Friday February 17thġ2 Paradise (Utopia or Deuteranopia)đ5:21ġ3 Tragedy of Flight (Isthmuscrypticus)đ4:06ġ5Ĝlones (A Last Time For Everything)đ3:52ġ8Ĝhronos Multiverse (Chronophasia)đ1:15ġ9 Underwater Suite (Etherdrifttheory)đ3:24Ģ1 Time Pretzel Paradox (End Sinister)đ4:12 FSM Board: Drew Neumann - ÆON FLUX (1991-1995) -2023 Waxworks ![]()
